This is the one of the most critical courses in Civil Defense. Terrorism has become very unpredictable and very threatening to our societal order... Officers will learn about car bombing and Suicide bombers. The course focuses on "organizing the First Responders" to such traumatic attacks, and how to coordinate their activities with wasting effort or time.
